Description:

50.000 sq.m. of logistic area, 3.000 sq.m. of executive offices and an external area of 30.000 sq.m. were built by Mingori Srl on behalf of a company that manages the logistics sector of Ferrero S.p.A., in Italy and Europe; the foundation structures and the internal flooring are based on an innovative lime treatment of the soil existing on site, ensuring a high bearing capacity of the foundation, verified by means of plate tests.
